One way to  EVALUATE a web document is to check when it was published. this tells you how up to date the information in it is. 

Another way to EVALUATE a web document is to check who wrote it.

Look at the small writing on p. 2 of the Law Handbook. Look at the list of dates. Which is the most recent date? This is when this version of the document was released to the public. 

Look at the black banner at the bottom of p. 1. Who wrote  The Law Handbook?

You can use Ctrl F to find specific keywords in a web document.

Use Command F or Control F to search The Law Handbook to complete these sentences
